We strive to teach children to develop a strong desire to do what is right and be true to themselves and others. Honesty is a characteristic that will help children to become great friends and excellent learners; it links to the 'responsibility' part of our 'Harrison Learning Tree'.

Our children learn to be part of the Harrison learning community as unique 'citizens'. Children are taught to respect and value all members of our school - we promote equality and inclusion. We teach our children that prejudice and discrimination have no place here.

Genuine respect is a basic building block of all social emotional learning - we teach our children that respect is about caring how they impact others; developing positive relationships are crucial for happiness and success at school.
